The Travancore Chamber of Commerce has begun its work with 27 founding member businesses. The Chamber was incorporated in 2026 and is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN U94110KL2026NPL105635). Its office is at Kattakode, Kattakada P.O, Thiruvananthapuram.
The Chamber is open to traders, entrepreneurs and professionals across the Travancore region, and focuses on more than 200 sectors, from trade, technology and tourism to plantations, agriculture and retail.
Its work rests on three aims: to connect members with each other and with business leaders in the Middle East, Europe and beyond; to collaborate with industry and government on policies that help local business; and to help members grow into new markets.
The Chamber is led by its President, Dr. Shaiju David Alfi, its Secretary and Managing Director, Mr. Biju S, and its Treasurer, Mr. Aseem Muhammed, with a board of directors.
